日本で活動する女性ダンサーに活躍の場を！
タンゴをどんなに愛していても
男性パートナーがいない女性ダンサーは
なかなか活躍できないものです。
だって、ペアダンスなんですもの・・・・
アマチュアの愛好家が、自分のお気に入りの先生に連れられて出演の場を得ることはたくさんあります。
でも、セミ・プロ、プロとして高い意識をもつ女性たちは返って、出演の場に恵まれないものです。
そこで、タンドラゴ・フェスティバルでは、オーディションで女性ダンサーを選出
タンドラゴ・フェスティバルのために来日するシルヴィオ・グランと共に一曲披露する
というプロジェクトを企画しました。
Olgaは８/6東京でValsを
Midoriは8/8関西でTangoを披露します。
でも、彼女たちに与えられた稽古時間は、それぞれ8時間ずつ。いや、8時間もないかも？！
まさに、即興のペア・ダンス、タンゴだからできることです。

The most attracting thing about Tango is its improvisational nature.
It is the communication without language.
For most of the dances, you spend hours and hours, weeks and weeks to practice. But in Tango, it is not so necessarily.
This Experiments is to prove that possibility of Tango's improvisation.
Our main Artist, Silvio Grand, an Argentine Star dancer that lives in Italy....
Olga an advanced armature from Czech Republic lives in Niigata, far iced land in Japan....
and
Midori Asai, a young professional lady Tango dancer that lives in Tokyo....
Silvio will dance with these ladies after only 8 hours... no... less than 8 hours of practice.
This idea was created not only to prove the dynamic of Tango Improvisation, but to give opportunity to ladies to dance under the spot light. It is a fruit that was made out of bitter experience that the Producer Irene Chen had in her career as a dancer. So fair the ladies may be, they can't shine in pair dancing unless they have their men.
Yes, all the duet dances are the art of the time that a couple spend together.
But Magic of Tango, as a god mother fairly brings glass slippers out of the water jar.... as far as your "anima" is pure and sincere to the music, the time comes "No Issue" and the art will be there.
